Task list.

Task list represents tasks inserted into NetPumper and their degree of readiness. The columns mean the following:

State
task state in general. See description of task states below.
File
is a filename of a resource being downloaded. Note that this name can be changed as a result of HTTP redirect operation ordered by HTTP server.
Size
is a total size of a resource. Usually a server reports a size of  resource in the beginning of download process. Some servers do not report the size. In such cases Size grows while downloading.
Done, Progress
columns contain indicators showing the percentage of completed work, in both digital and graphical presentation. Of course, this percentage of readiness is known only if server reports the total file size in the beginning of downloading. Graphical indicator works anyway, but with the kind of servers in question it only shows downloading is in progress.
In case of multisection download Progress column also shows a work progress per sections.
Time Left, Speed
these columns contain estimation of download speed and time left before task is completed.
Speed is measured in bytes per second. High speed is shown in kilobytes per second or in megabytes per second. This is indicated by suffix K or M after digits. A glyph at the left side of the Speed column shows whether some bandwidth limit is applied to this task:
scunk.gif (80 bytes) - user-driven bandwidth limit in effect (NetPumper Pro only; read about Bandwidth panel for details),
scnoresume.gif (92 bytes) - server-driven bandwidth limit in effect,
scunk.gif (80 bytes) - premium server-driven bandwidth limit in effect.
If the limit is applied, the task does not execute with maximal possible speed.
From
this column contains a link (an internet address, an URL) of a resource being downloaded. Note that this value can change as a  result of HTTP redirect operation ordered by HTTP server. A glyph at the left side of the column shows whether a remote server supports resume:
scresumes.gif (72 bytes)- server supports resume,
scnoresume.gif (92 bytes)- server does not support resume,
scunk.gif (80 bytes)- server capabilities are not known.

Note that you can

General task states are indicated by images and keywords in the State column.

All the states are divided into two classes: 'Final' and 'Not final'. Which commands can be applied to the task depends on the state.

State Meaning Final Commands
stanalyzing.gif (87 bytes) Analyzing NetPumper detects whether a resource is available, what is its size, whether the server have resume capabilities and so on. In case of downloading via Anti-Leech NetPumper also contacts Anti-Leech server to detect actual resource location. In case of resume NetPumper searches for parts of   the resource which were downloaded earlier.

NetPumper usually performs this step as soon as possible even if actual downloading should be executed later.

NetPumper will perform a download as soon as resources become available. NO Pause, Remove, View Details, Open Folder

(See explanation of the parameters at corresponding Help page.) The Bandwidth panel in the Main window provides fast access to the parameters.

This panel is available in NetPumper Pro only.

Left part of the panel contains bandwidth usage history in several recent minutes. Bandwidth usage history is drawn as green line.
Current bandwidth limit is also drawn as red horizontal line.

You can quickly change the bandwidth limit by tracking red line up or down with the mouse.
This parameter is similar to Bandwidth limit   parameter at the Bandwidth pane in the Preferences window. See more explanations at corresponding Help page.
